Ayuba Tonzeh Nzamwa, Esq. is a seasoned legal practitioner with extensive experience in corporate, property and commercial law, as well as litigation and dispute resolution. She currently serves as Company Secretary and Legal Adviser at A & Homes Limited, where she provides strategic legal counsel, ensures regulatory compliance, and oversees corporate governance.
Previously, she was Head of Chambers at D.N. Meshi & Co., where she led the firm’s litigation and corporate departments, managing a broad range of civil and criminal cases. Her professional journey began as a Legal Adviser and Research Assistant during her NYSC service with the Kaduna South Local Government Secretariat.
A graduate of Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria (LL.B Civil Law) and the Nigerian Law School, Lagos (B.L), Ayuba is currently pursuing a Postgraduate Diploma in Arbitration at Nasarawa State University, Keffi. She is a member of the Nigerian Bar Association (NBA) and is known for her diligence, integrity and commitment to excellence in legal practice.
